About the role
The Account Manager SMB will manage post‑sales relationships with small and medium restaurant partners, ensuring they thrive on the Uber Eats platform. You will be responsible for retaining high‑value accounts, driving revenue growth and identifying opportunities for mutual success.
Key responsibilities
- Lead post‑deal partner management for a portfolio of high‑potential restaurant accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships to achieve revenue targets, upsell new features and ensure high retention.
- Act as the voice of the customer, translating partner needs to internal teams.
- Develop deep knowledge of the partner landscape and cultivate relationships across restaurant organizations.
- Design and lead growth initiatives, collaborating cross‑functionally to deliver projects.
- Set, track and report performance metrics and conduct regular business reviews.
Required profile
- 1‑3 years of experience in a similar customer‑facing or account management role.
- Data‑driven decision making and solid business judgment.
- Strong project‑management abilities and ability to create joint business plans.
- Excellent verbal and written communication with executive presence.
- Proactive, resourceful, able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proven track record of meeting business targets or quotas.
