Vendedora / Supervisora – Quito Sur

About the role

We are looking for a proactive sales professional to lead and execute sales activities in the southern area of Quito. The role focuses on consumer‑goods, specifically confectionery and food products, requiring strong pre‑sale and self‑sale capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales budget through daily visits to traditional (stores, micro‑markets) and modern (supermarkets) channels.
• Implement merchandising strategies, ensure product visibility, manage POP materials, and maintain FIFO inventory control.
• Report stock outs, competitor activities, and daily sales performance.
• Engage end‑consumers with product tastings and brand communication to drive immediate purchases.
• Handle order taking, critical inventory management, and, when required, collection of payments.

Required profile

• Minimum high school education (Bachillerato) with at least 3 years of experience in mass‑consumer sales, preferably in confectionery or food categories.
• Deep knowledge of sales routes in Pichincha province, especially Quito South and surrounding areas.
• Age between 25 and 40 years.

Required skills

• Proven ability to manage orders and close sales effectively.
• Strong understanding of merchandising, shelf placement, and POP material usage.
• Excellent negotiation and conflict‑resolution skills with customers.
