UX/UI Teaching Expert (Full‑time Remote)

About the role

TripleTen is seeking experienced UX/UI design professionals to join its online bootcamp team as full‑time teaching experts. You will guide students through the fundamentals of user‑centered design, helping them transition into professional tech careers.

Key responsibilities

• Host live Q&A sessions and lead core lessons on UX/UI topics.
• Provide 1:1 video support to answer questions and review assignments.
• Respond to student inquiries via direct messages and provide clear, actionable feedback on projects.
• Share industry best practices, design thinking methods, and accessibility guidelines with the learning community.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on UX/UI design experience.
• Strong ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for teaching.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Required skills

• Design Thinking and visual design expertise.
• UX research, usability testing, and user interview techniques.
• Prototyping and interaction design using Figma, Sketch or InVision.
• Creation and maintenance of UI design systems and adherence to accessibility standards.
