Teleoperador/a – Medio turno (Part‑time)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive, responsible teleoperator to join our team on a mid‑shift, part‑time basis. The role involves contacting potential customers, presenting our products and services, and maintaining a courteous and professional telephone interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up on leads.
• Provide clear information about the company’s offerings.
• Record all interactions and outcomes in the designated system.
• Maintain a friendly and professional tone throughout each conversation.
• Achieve assigned call and conversion targets.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal communication and ease of speaking.
• Positive, proactive attitude with a focus on results.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with digital tools.
• Reliability, punctuality, and strong commitment.
• Ability to work with performance goals.
• Minimum education: high school diploma.
• At least 2 years of experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service (preferred).
