About the role
We are looking for a proactive Telemarketing Sales Agent to join our digital solutions team. You will be responsible for contacting potential customers, presenting our telecommunications services, and closing sales to drive business growth.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to prospective clients via phone calls.
- Present and demonstrate digital and telecom solutions tailored to client needs.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales outcomes.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and share best practices.
Required profile
- Minimum one year of proven sales experience, preferably in telecom or related fields.
- Strong communication skills in Spanish.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Age between 25 and 40 years.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
