About the role

The Maintenance Technician will ensure the optimal operation of machinery, equipment and infrastructure by performing preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance. The role supports continuous production and drives ongoing process improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Execute preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance on machinery, equipment and installations.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, thermal and electronic faults and propose timely solutions.
• Calibrate, adjust and monitor production machinery and equipment.
• Lead automation projects and improvement initiatives to enhance equipment performance and resource efficiency.
• Process work orders from various departments, ensuring fast and efficient service.
• Identify risks in machinery and facilities and implement actions to promote industrial safety.

Required profile

• Third‑level degree in Mechanical, Electromechanical, Industrial Electricity or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial maintenance of machinery and equipment.
• Knowledge of large‑scale manufacturing processes.

Required skills

• PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) programming and troubleshooting.
• Industrial electrical installations.
• Pneumatic and hydraulic system knowledge.
• Maintenance of boilers, compressors, generators, extraction systems, heat exchangers and pumps.
• Industrial safety practices.
