Technical Interviewer (Remote)

About the role

Sophilabs is looking for a Remote Technical Interviewer to own the full recruitment cycle for technical talent. You will be the first point of contact for candidates, ensuring a smooth and professional interview experience while supporting the company’s employer brand.

Key responsibilities

• Screen incoming resumes and application forms.
• Conduct phone and video interviews with technical candidates.
• Prepare and distribute assignments, language assessments, and logical reasoning tests.
• Advertise job openings on internal channels, the careers page, social media, and job boards.
• Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
• Send job offer emails and answer compensation and benefits queries.
• Monitor HR metrics such as time‑to‑fill, time‑to‑hire, and source of hire.
• Participate in job fairs and host in‑house recruitment events.
• Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.
• Assist new hires during onboarding and act as a consultant.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in HR, psychology, IT recruitment, or customer service.
• Near‑native fluency in English.
• Strong time‑management and multitasking abilities.
• Tech‑savvy mindset with interest in emerging technologies.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to work in a fast‑paced remote environment.
• Availability to work Monday‑Friday, 9 AM‑6 PM (remote).
