About the role

BairesDev is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its global HR team. The role focuses on sourcing, assessing, and guiding both technical and non‑technical candidates for internal positions and client projects, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Review candidate profiles and online information to determine overall fit.
• Contact candidates via phone, video call, LinkedIn, or email to gauge interest and motivate participation.
• Schedule and coordinate internal and technical interviews, maintaining accurate records.
• Conduct preliminary interviews to evaluate qualifications, experience, and cultural alignment.
• Provide continuous follow‑up and communication throughout the hiring process.
• Adapt quickly to a fast‑paced, evolving environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience, preferably in recruiting or related fields.
• Strong communication skills with an emphasis on listening and persuasion.
• Excellent time‑management, organization, and multitasking abilities.
• Flexibility and adaptability to constant change.
• Advanced English proficiency.
