Supply Chain Manager

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Supply Chain Manager to lead our end‑to‑end logistics operations across the Caribbean and Latin America. You will be responsible for shaping strategies, optimizing costs, and ensuring product quality while supporting our aviation and culinary services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply‑chain strategies, policies and procedures.
• Monitor cost, performance and service‑level metrics and recommend improvements.
• Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure optimal pricing and terms.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, distributors and logistics partners.
• Supervise inventory levels, implement control systems and minimize excess stock.
• Manage storage, transportation and distribution activities.
• Ensure products meet health, safety and quality standards; develop quality‑assurance protocols.
• Control supply‑chain costs, identify savings opportunities and track expenditures.
• Use data analysis to forecast demand, optimise processes and prepare performance reports for senior management.
• Lead, train and develop the supply‑chain team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in supply‑chain or logistics management, preferably in aviation or food‑service environments.
• Strong analytical and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to manage inventory, logistics coordination and quality control.
• Experience with cost management and reporting.
• Leadership skills to train and develop a multicultural team.
