Supervisor/a de Chat Ventas – Turno Rotativo (Remoto)

About the role

We are a marketing and sales agency that supports content creators. We are looking for a remote Supervisor of Chat Sales to lead a team of agents, ensure high productivity, and drive sales performance on a rotating schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and support daily activities of the chat sales agents.
• Monitor achievement of commercial targets and response times.
• Motivate the team to improve sales results and customer retention.
• Prepare individual and group performance reports.
• Recruit, train and onboard new agents.
• Resolve escalated tickets and incidents.
• Implement continuous‑improvement strategies for sales processes.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and company guidelines.
• Organize and structure sales processes across agencies.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience supervising digital sales or service teams.
• Strong commercial orientation and results‑driven mindset.
• Minimum English level B1.
• Proven leadership, conflict‑resolution and communication abilities.
• Ability to work under targets, manage multiple tasks and adapt to change.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM platforms.
• Advanced use of Google Sheets.
• Strong Excel / office‑suite skills.
