About the role
We are looking for a Strategic Sales Partner to accelerate ReKluti's commercial growth across LATAM. You will connect companies with our talent solutions, including specialized staffing, executive hunting, talent acquisition, and team‑expansion outsourcing.
Key responsibilities
- Prospect and generate new business opportunities in the LATAM market.
- Initiate conversations with leaders and decision‑makers to understand hiring needs.
- Present strategic talent solutions and guide prospects through the sales cycle.
- Support the commercial process from initial contact to contract closure.
Required profile
- Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in recruitment or HR services.
- Hunter mindset with a strong focus on results.
- Excellent negotiation and networking abilities.
- Self‑driven, autonomous and growth‑oriented.
- Experience in staffing, recruitment, HR or technology is a plus.
