About the role

We are looking for a Commercial and Technical Support specialist to assist our sales team in promoting cloud‑based software solutions. The role combines prospecting, proposal preparation, and basic technical liaison to ensure customers receive clear information and smooth service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify potential clients interested in technology and cloud solutions.
• Track leads, opportunities, and active customers in the CRM.
• Prepare quotations, commercial proposals, and solution presentations.
• Coordinate sales meetings, product demos, and technical‑commercial presentations.
• Maintain up‑to‑date client and opportunity records.
• Support administrative closing tasks such as contracts, service orders, and invoicing.
• Understand basic cloud and software offerings to communicate them clearly.
• Gather basic client requirements and act as a bridge between technical and commercial teams.

Required profile

• Degree or studies in Systems, Software Engineering, or related fields.
• Basic knowledge of technology, software, and cloud services.
• Strong interest in commercial and sales activities.
• Experience with office tools and CRM (preferred but not mandatory).
