ServiceNow Specialist

About the role

Join a global team focused on automating and managing events across high‑availability enterprise platforms. You will help design, implement, and evolve ServiceNow solutions that drive observability, automation, and operational continuity.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Grafana, and Zabbix using REST APIs, webhooks, and MID Server.
• Configure and optimize Event Management and Major Incident Management, including correlation, deduplication, alert suppression, and incident automation.
• Develop flows, Business Rules, Script Includes, and automations in Flow Designer for incident and operational processes.
• Ensure traceability between events, alerts, incidents, and services through integration with CMDB and CSDM models.
• Build operational dashboards, technical documentation, and best‑practice guides focused on quality, monitoring, and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Academic background in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Event Management, ITSM, and Major Incident Management.
• Experience with REST integrations, JSON, webhooks, scripted REST APIs, and monitoring tools (Dynatrace, Grafana, Zabbix).
• Understanding of CMDB, CSDM, service mapping, and observability‑oriented configurations.
• ServiceNow CSA certification desirable; familiarity with ITIL 4, Predictive Intelligence, AIOps, and agile environments is a plus.
