About the role

We are looking for a talented stylist to join our salon in Quito. The role focuses on providing hair cutting, brushing and straightening services for men, women and children, while maintaining high standards of hygiene and customer care.

Key responsibilities

• Perform haircuts for gentlemen, ladies and children according to client preferences.
• Offer brushing, blow‑dry and straightening services using salon equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation and follow safety protocols.
• Assist with basic beauty and hair‑care tasks as needed.
• Promote additional salon services to enhance client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Technical or professional education in hairdressing or a related field.
• At least one year of hands‑on experience in a salon environment.
• Age between 18 and 40 years.
• Preferably residing in the south‑central area of Quito.

Required skills

• Hair cutting for all ages.
• Hair brushing and blow‑dry techniques.
• Hair straightening using flat irons or similar tools.
• Basic knowledge of beauty and hair‑care procedures.
