Senior Manager – Deals

About the role

The Senior Manager – Deals will lead corporate finance and advisory projects, delivering value‑creating solutions for clients and their shareholders. This role combines client‑facing advisory work with internal management of billing, collections and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery of corporate finance services and advisory engagements, ensuring high‑quality deliverables and client satisfaction.
• Control invoicing and collection processes for all activities within the area.
• Plan and monitor time reporting in Oracle to guarantee service profitability.
• Organise regular stakeholder meetings and represent the firm at external events as required.
• Validate deliverable quality, obtain partner sign‑off and manage documentation compliance with internal policies.
• Maintain proper archiving of client information in the Save‑it system and firm data repositories.
• Lead procedural improvements and implement best‑practice changes across the department.
• Support the professional development of team members.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of experience in corporate finance, deals advisory, or related functions.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• University degree in Finance, Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting or Auditing; postgraduate studies in Corporate Finance, Financial Management or Valuation are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, due diligence and business valuation methodologies.
