Senior Full Stack Engineer (TypeScript / Next.js + AI-First) (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to lead technical execution and mentor the team while building AI‑first software solutions. This is a remote contract position for an initial three‑month term, with the possibility of extension.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior and mid‑level engineers.
• Design and architect AI‑focused applications, creating diagrams and design docs using Mermaid, Figma, Miro, Excalidraw or Lucidchart.
• Develop production‑ready TypeScript features across front‑end, back‑end, background jobs, data models and tests.
• Conduct thorough code reviews for both human‑ and AI‑generated pull requests.
• Resolve complex production issues and incorporate user feedback into improvements.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers and other stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.
• Stay up‑to‑date with agentic development tooling (Claude Code, Codex, MCP servers, sub‑agent patterns) and propose workflow enhancements.
• Participate in quality assurance and deployment processes to ensure reliability.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience with full‑stack development.
• Strong ability to lead, mentor and communicate technical concepts clearly.
• Proactive problem‑solver who can translate feedback into actionable improvements.
• Comfortable working remotely and managing responsibilities independently.
