Senior Deals Associate

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Associate in its Deals Advisory line of service. You will work with clients on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and restructuring, providing strategic valuation and financial analysis to maximise deal value.

Key responsibilities

• Perform valuation analysis for M&A and other financial transactions.
• Conduct field work when required and document findings in the information repository.
• Prepare hour‑budget estimates to quantify service fees.
• Coordinate with the Risk team to review independence and compliance before formal proposals.
• Maintain client contact for billing follow‑up and ensure timely invoicing.
• Analyse execution results and develop tailored financial products for client needs.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of senior‑level experience in corporate finance, company valuation and due diligence.
• University degree in Commercial Engineering, Finance, Business Administration or Economics; postgraduate specialization in Corporate Finance, Financial Management or Valuation is a plus.
• Advanced English proficiency; external audit experience and CFA designation are desirable.
