Scrum Master – Remote

About the role

INDI is looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join its fully remote team. You will act as the central coordination point for multiple project squads, ensuring that business and technical requirements are captured accurately and delivered efficiently across the enterprise.

Key responsibilities

• Guide teams in applying Scrum practices to achieve effective execution.
• Facilitate all Scrum events, fostering collaboration and transparency.
• Partner with Product Owners to refine and prioritize the backlog.
• Identify and remove impediments that affect delivery quality.
• Promote continuous improvement, self‑organization, and sustainable work pace.
• Align with other Scrum Masters and stakeholders to ensure synergy.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• At least four years of experience in the IT industry.
• Fluent in Spanish and advanced proficiency in English.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Jira.
• Proficiency with Confluence.
