Sales Development Representative (SDR)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate and qualify sales opportunities for our commercial team. The SDR will prospect potential customers, make the first strategic contact, and identify needs to ensure high‑quality leads for the sales organization.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential clients through calls, emails, professional networks and digital tools.
• Research companies and contacts to pinpoint decision‑makers.
• Execute outbound and inbound campaigns according to the commercial strategy.
• Contact and qualify leads based on defined criteria (need, budget, authority, timeline).
• Record detailed information in the CRM and schedule qualified meetings for Account Managers.
• Follow up leads throughout the sales funnel and ensure smooth hand‑over to the closing team.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to improve lead quality and continuously refine scripts and outreach strategies.
• Stay up‑to‑date on the company’s technology solutions, software and cloud services.

Required profile

• Studies in Administration, Marketing, Systems, Engineering, Commerce or related fields.
• Interest or early experience in B2B sales (preferred).
• Basic understanding of technology, software and cloud services.
• Experience with CRM and office productivity tools.
• Strong communication, result orientation and resilience.
