Sales Coordinator & Commercial Advisor – Educational Promotion

About the role

Bestseller Ecuador S.A. is looking for a dynamic Sales Coordinator and Commercial Advisor to lead the promotion of educational products. The role combines strategic marketing, telemarketing, and direct sales activities while providing clear, persuasive advice to clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies for educational offerings.
• Lead telemarketing campaigns and manage inbound/outbound sales calls.
• Coordinate and supervise a sales team, monitoring performance and providing feedback.
• Conduct training sessions to improve the team’s sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and negotiation.

Required profile

• Minimum technical/professional education.
• At least 3 years of proven experience in sales advisory and team training.
• Age between 25 and 50 years.
• Strong leadership ability to motivate and guide a sales team.

Required skills
