About the role

Uber Eats is looking for a Sales Representative focused on small and medium‑size restaurants (SMB). You will bring local eateries onto the Uber Eats platform, lead the full sales cycle, and act as an ambassador for the Uber and Uber Eats brands.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage a pipeline of SMB restaurants in your region, using a mix of cold‑calling (minimum 50 dials per day) and in‑person meetings.
• Create a strong first impression, clearly communicate Uber Eats’ value proposition, and build long‑term partnerships.
• Negotiate contracts that deliver sustainable economics for both Uber Eats and restaurant partners.
• Achieve monthly quota and hit weekly activity metrics (calls, emails, field appointments).

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Commercial or a related field (or final‑year student).
• Intermediate English proficiency (B2+).
• Passion for sales and helping restaurants grow.
• Experience in partnership acquisition, especially within the HORECA sector.
• Resilience, persistence and comfort with high‑volume cold‑calling.
