Remote Software Developer (Industrial Automation)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced software developer to join our remote team working on automation, SCADA and remote monitoring solutions for the oil and natural gas industry. The position is full‑time and 100% remote, allowing you to work from anywhere in your home country.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain software tools used in industrial automation and monitoring.
• Collaborate with an international team of engineers to design robust solutions.
• Participate in a structured 6‑8 week onboarding program covering industry knowledge and our software suite.
• Continuously improve code quality and troubleshoot complex problems.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of hands‑on programming experience (professional, academic or personal projects).
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and a reliable work ethic.
• Conversational fluency in English.
• Motivation to learn about the oil and gas sector.

Required skills

• Python (preferred but not mandatory).
