Receptionist & Call Center Sales Apprentice (Audiology)

About the role

We are looking for a versatile individual to join our team as a receptionist, call‑center operator and commercial sales apprentice in the field of audiology. The position combines front‑desk duties, customer service, and sales support while providing on‑the‑job training in audiology.

Key responsibilities

• Attend the reception desk and manage incoming calls.
• Handle patient reminders and provide advisory calls.
• Process cash registers, invoicing, credit‑card payments and petty cash.
• Support commercial activities and achieve sales targets.
• Learn and use the company’s CRM and other software tools.

Required profile

• Proactive attitude with strong customer focus.
• Excellent memory and ability to work under pressure.
• Willingness to study and acquire knowledge in audiology.
• Commitment to stay with the company for at least two years.
• Minimum education: high school diploma.
• At least two years of relevant experience.

What we offer

• Basic salary plus performance commissions ranging from $100 to $200.
• Affiliation to IESS from day one and private medical insurance.
• Full‑time schedule: Monday‑Friday 9 am‑6 pm and three half‑day Saturdays per month.
• Overtime paid during the first three months; thereafter commission plan applies.
• Productive contract that converts to a permanent contract after the first year.
