Project Manager MuleSoft – Remote (Spanish)

About the role

We are looking for a MuleSoft Project Manager to lead a small team of 4‑6 engineers on a remote, full‑time basis. The role is focused on designing, implementing, and delivering integration solutions while ensuring quality, security, and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Design the project plan and define milestones.
• Coordinate and guide the team in implementing MuleSoft RTF solutions, resolving blockers and promoting best‑practice tool usage.
• Assign tasks efficiently and collaborate with other departments to meet deadlines.
• Ensure defect‑free delivery that meets business expectations.
• Prepare and communicate project status reports.
• Validate business requirements and guarantee security, performance, and scalability standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience developing MuleSoft applications (RTF).
• Proven experience with REST, SOAP, batch processes and Salesforce integrations.
• Strong communication skills in Spanish; English is a plus.
