Project Manager – LATAM (Remote)

About the role

Rekluti, a technology talent consultancy serving Latin America, is looking for a Project Manager to drive large‑scale software initiatives for its international clients. This fully remote position will have you overseeing end‑to‑end delivery of complex tech and architectural projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the complete lifecycle of high‑complexity technology projects, from initiation to closure.
• Plan, monitor, and control schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies and executive reporting.
• Proactively mitigate risks and resolve cross‑team impediments.
• Facilitate steering committees and provide clear, actionable reports to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of proven experience managing technology or architectural projects.
• Post‑graduate degree or current certification in project management (PMP, Scrum Master, etc.).
• Strong command of project scheduling, risk management, minutes, dependencies and executive reporting.

Required skills

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Agile Project Management expertise.
