Go Travel Club is seeking a part‑time Appointment Scheduling Coordinator to manage client appointment bookings. This entry‑level position is ideal for recent high‑school graduates looking for their first professional experience. Comprehensive training will be provided, so no prior experience is required.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and confirm client appointments using the company’s booking system.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, cancellations, and rescheduled meetings.
• Communicate appointment details and reminders to clients via phone or email.
• Coordinate with travel agents and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Achieve daily and weekly booking targets while delivering excellent customer service.

Required profile

• Secondary education (high‑school diploma) completed.
• Age between 20 and 26 years.
• Fluent in Spanish.
• Reliable transportation to the Río Coca sector for punctual attendance.
• Responsible, motivated, and eager to learn and grow professionally.
