Multichannel Commercial Advisor – Sales Executive (Cleaning Sector)

About the role

CHEMNOVAGROUP S.A.S. is expanding its commercial team in Quito and seeks a dynamic Multichannel Commercial Advisor to drive sales of cleaning and degreasing products across retail and industrial channels.

Key responsibilities

• Manage relationships with key retail accounts, negotiate shelf space, and implement trade‑marketing strategies in large‑format stores.
• Prospect and visit industrial clients, providing technical and commercial advice on professional cleaning solutions.
• Maintain the full sales cycle from quotation to delivery, invoicing, and collection.
• Monitor product rotation indicators (sell‑in / sell‑out) and present regular reports to management.

Required profile

• University degree in Commercial Engineering, Marketing, Chemistry, Administration or related fields.
• 2–3 years of experience in retail or B2B sales of chemical, lubricant or consumer‑goods products.
• Strong negotiation abilities, KPI focus, and high resilience.
• Own vehicle and a valid driver’s license for field visits.
