Mid‑Senior Data Analyst – Marketing Insights

About the role

We are seeking a Mid‑Senior Data Analyst who loves turning complex marketing data into actionable insights. You will own the full data pipeline—from collection and cleaning to analysis and strategic recommendation—helping our marketing, creative, and business teams make smarter decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, normalize, and maintain data from platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.
• Ensure data hygiene, accuracy, and consistency across all reporting environments.
• Build and maintain automated dashboards and reports using Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, AgencyAnalytics, or similar tools.
• Implement AI‑assisted workflows (ChatGPT, Zapier, Make) to automate formulas, ETL processes, and tagging/measurement frameworks.
• Manage UTM parameters, pixels, GA4 events, and attribution logic.
• Analyze campaign performance, identify trends, anomalies, and ROI opportunities.
• Develop hypotheses, run analyses, and translate findings into strategic recommendations for media buyers, account managers, and creative teams.
• Present insights clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of data analysis experience, preferably in marketing or performance media.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, modeling).
• Strong communication skills in English (B2+).
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, remote environment.
