Key Account Manager – US Market (Quito)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Key Account Manager based in Quito to lead and grow strategic accounts in the United States. You will act as the main liaison between our technology and consulting services and high‑value enterprise clients, ensuring long‑term relationships and business expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and strengthen relationships with key enterprise customers in the US.
• Identify cross‑selling and upselling opportunities within assigned accounts.
• Gather client requirements and coordinate technical, commercial, and delivery teams to propose tailored solutions.
• Negotiate contracts, renewals, and commercial terms.
• Oversee project execution to guarantee client satisfaction and value delivery.
• Develop account‑specific strategic plans and performance reports.
• Represent the company in international meetings, presentations, and commercial visits.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, Engineering, or related fields (preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience as a Key Account Manager, Account Manager, or similar sales role.
• Proven track record handling corporate or enterprise clients, ideally in technology, consulting, or B2B services.
• Advanced fluency in English for meetings, negotiations, and presentations with US clients.
• Valid US visa and willingness to travel to the United States.
• Strong negotiation, relationship‑building, and multi‑stakeholder coordination skills.
