Junior Account Manager – Remote (Social Media Agency)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Junior Account Manager to support client relationships and keep projects moving forward for a fast‑growing social media agency. This full‑time remote position blends client communication, project coordination, and operational support.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct day‑to‑day client communication, follow‑up, and onboarding.
• Maintain regular updates with clients to ensure they feel informed and supported.
• Coordinate internal teams to deliver content, creative assets, and other deliverables on schedule.
• Track project timelines, task completion, and overall account progress.
• Review deliverables for accuracy before client delivery.
• Schedule and facilitate client meetings, strategy calls, and performance reviews.
• Document client requests, feedback, and action items.
• Monitor account health, escalating issues when necessary.
• Assist with SOPs, workflows, internal documentation, and reporting.
• Stay current on social media platforms, e‑commerce trends, and agency best practices.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in account management, customer success, project coordination, or agency support.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
• Professional, calm under pressure, and able to work independently.
• Own a reliable computer and high‑speed internet connection.

Required skills

• Experience with project management tools and CRM systems.
