IT Logistics Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for an IT Logistics Coordinator to act as the strategic bridge between our internal operations and external software factories. Based in Quito, you will drive cost‑effective agreements, ensure quality delivery, and support the success of our international projects.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the full administrative and operational flow with external software factories operating in Ecuador.
• Negotiate rates, contractual clauses and commercial conditions to maximise efficiency and savings.
• Audit and review invoices, purchase orders and technical deliverables to guarantee financial transparency.
• Prepare periodic performance reports on suppliers to aid managerial decision‑making.
• Work closely with the Legal department to review contracts and ensure SLA compliance.
• Maintain a qualified supplier database and allocate resources according to client priorities.

Required profile

• Resourceful problem‑solver who can find “how‑to” solutions under any obstacle.
• Natural negotiator with strong persuasion skills and firmness.
• Highly dynamic, proactive and able to propose improvements without waiting for instructions.
• Mature and responsible, capable of handling sensitive information autonomously.
• Minimum 2 years experience in operational or supplier‑management roles, preferably in technology or software factories.
• Leadership ability to mentor junior team members.
