IT Infrastructure and Operations Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for an IT Infrastructure and Operations Coordinator to ensure continuity and availability of technology services across the DIPASO Group. The role will lead infrastructure operations, help‑desk, telecom, vendor management and security to meet business service level agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the technology infrastructure and help‑desk, guaranteeing stable and continuous services for all companies and branches.
• Monitor and enforce SLA compliance, handling incidents, requests and problems with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Manage technology vendors, contracts, implementations, maintenance, data links, cloud services and specialized support.
• Coordinate infrastructure projects such as branch openings, remodels, technology migrations, equipment renewals, connectivity upgrades and digital transformation initiatives.
• Ensure operational continuity and security through backup management, monitoring, access control, critical platform protection and policy compliance.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of computing equipment, diagnosing and coordinating technical interventions.

Required profile

• Degree in Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Telecommunications or related field.
• Proven experience in IT infrastructure, operations, networking and support.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, innovative environment with a results‑oriented mindset.
