Influencer Campaign Manager

About the role

Influur is looking for an Influencer Campaign Manager to own the end‑to‑end execution of influencer campaigns. You will act as the bridge between sellers, influencers, and brands, ensuring each campaign runs smoothly from kickoff to final reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate cross‑functional communication with sellers, retention managers, and influencers.
• Manage up to 30 influencer campaigns simultaneously, handling timeline coordination, influencer slating, draft review, and deliverable completion.
• Provide white‑glove service to clients, aligning content with brand tone, voice, and strategy.
• Stay updated on platform trends, creator shifts, and viral content.
• Negotiate influencer rates, track and optimize campaign budgets, and monitor deliverables for quality and brand compliance.
• Proactively flag and resolve issues, escalating when necessary and proposing solutions.
• Gather required inputs such as shipping addresses, product info, and payment details.
• Collaborate with Data Ops for post‑campaign performance reporting.
