HSSE Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for an HSSE Supervisor to support the implementation and compliance of Health, Safety, Security and Environment guidelines at our Guayaquil operations. You will play a key role in maintaining a safe and secure workplace while supporting our aviation, airport and culinary services.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and enforce HSSE policies and procedures across all sites.
• Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments and incident investigations.
• Provide guidance and training to staff on safe work practices and emergency response.
• Coordinate with local authorities and internal teams to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Prepare HSSE reports, documentation and corrective action plans.

Required profile

• Proven experience in health, safety, security or environmental roles, preferably in aviation or hospitality environments.
• Strong understanding of local Ecuadorian HSSE regulations.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural team.
• Detail‑oriented with a proactive approach to risk mitigation.
