HR Manager I – Ecuador & Bolivia

About the role

ChildFund is seeking an HR Manager I to coordinate and support human‑resources service delivery for Ecuador and Bolivia. Based in Quito, you will partner with senior leadership to align HR strategy with the country’s strategic plan.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate HR service delivery across assigned countries.
• Work closely with the Country Director and Senior Management Team to drive HR strategy in line with annual operating plans.
• Collaborate with the HR/Admin Assistant in Bolivia and the Global HR Shared Service for service delivery.
• Report directly to the Regional HR Business Partner, Americas.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resources Management, Communication, Organization Development, Talent Management or a closely related field (preferred).
• Relevant certifications are a plus.
• 5‑7 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years managing multi‑country HR procedures and strategies.
