About the role

The Admissions Manager will guide prospective students through every step of their decision‑making process, from the first contact to enrollment. Working closely with the Growth Leader, the role ensures a friendly, empathetic experience that drives conversions for Kruger School’s programs, courses and bootcamps.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inquiries received via WhatsApp, email and social media.
• Conduct inbound and outbound calls with interested leads.
• Organize and lead on‑site campus tours for prospective students.
• Qualify leads, record them in Google Sheets and the CRM system, and maintain accurate sales reports.
• Provide continuous follow‑up until enrollment is finalized.
• Collaborate with the commercial team to optimise the acquisition funnel.

Required profile

• Background in marketing, communication, customer service or related fields (not mandatory).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Empathetic, proactive attitude with a passion for education.
• Ability to persuade and build trust with prospects.
• Previous experience in sales or admissions is desirable.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with a CRM platform.
• Experience using WhatsApp Business.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace and Google Sheets.
