Gerente de Supply Chain GTM

About the role

The Supply Chain Manager – GTM will lead the end‑to‑end execution of the GTM supply chain for The Magnum Ice Cream Company in Ecuador. The role is responsible for planning, distribution and customer experience, directly influencing service level, working capital and total supply‑chain cost while supporting the growth of the business.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full E2E planning process (demand, supply and deployment) to balance service, inventory and cost.
• Ensure superior service levels through integrated management of Customer Operations and distribution.
• Manage the distribution network – warehousing, transport and delivery – with focus on efficiency, OTIF and cost.
• Drive customer‑experience improvement initiatives, meeting SLA targets and ensuring satisfaction.
• Monitor and optimise total supply‑chain cost (logistics, inventory, obsolescence) impacting the country P&L.
• Conduct S&OP/IBP cycles to align commercial demand with operational capacity.
• Identify and execute continuous‑improvement opportunities in productivity, network optimisation and digitalisation.
• Lead cross‑functional teams, develop talent within Supply Chain and act as the key liaison between Commercial, Finance and Operations.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in supply chain functions such as planning, logistics or customer service.
• Proven track record of managing end‑to‑end supply‑chain processes and delivering cost‑effective solutions.
• Strong analytical mindset with data‑driven decision‑making.
• Leadership experience in multi‑functional teams and talent development.
