Family Coordinator – Remote (LATAM)

About the role

Meadow is looking for a compassionate Family Coordinator to support families throughout the cremation process. Working remotely for the LATAM region, you will be the primary point of contact, ensuring each case is handled with accuracy, empathy, and clear communication.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a dedicated book of cases from intake to final resolution.
• Provide support to families via phone, text, and email with professionalism and empathy.
• Coordinate transportation, documentation, cremation scheduling, and ashes return.
• Collaborate with teammates to balance overall case load and cover high‑volume periods.
• Partner with internal teams and external vendors to keep cases moving efficiently.
• Maintain accurate documentation, update systems promptly, and flag issues proactively.
• Ensure smooth handoffs and anticipate downstream impacts.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in customer‑facing, operations, or hospitality roles.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Calm, clear communicator who builds trust quickly.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable in a fast‑moving startup environment.
