About the role
We are looking for a WordPress Specialist to join the digital team of Academia Carlos Obando C. The role focuses on optimizing and scaling the institution's online learning platform, ensuring high‑impact web experiences for students and staff.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain WordPress sites using Elementor and custom themes.
- Implement UX/UI best practices to improve user navigation and engagement.
- Integrate e‑learning tools and manage digital content for online courses.
- Coordinate email marketing campaigns and automate communications.
- Collaborate with the marketing and IT teams to incorporate AI‑driven features and analytics.
Required profile
- University degree (minimum).
- At least one year of professional experience with WordPress.
- Fluent Spanish; English optional.
- Age between 18 and 40 years.
