About the role

Join Kruger as a Technical Support Specialist. You will provide timely assistance to internal users, ensuring that hardware, software, and network services run smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver efficient technical support to organization users.
• Maintain proper operation of computers, printers, networks, and software.
• Handle delivery and receipt of equipment according to corporate standards.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on hardware.
• Install, configure, and update operating systems and collaboration tools.
• Manage inventory of assigned technological assets.
• Configure institutional accounts, email, and platform access.
• Support technology logistics for events and trainings.
• Document incidents, solutions, and procedures in the ticketing system.
• Coordinate warranty and third‑party service issues with external providers.
• Assist with backup and data recovery processes.
