About the role

We are looking for a Recruitment and Development Specialist to lead mass hiring campaigns, ensure compliance with HR policies, and coordinate training and performance programs for our multicultural team in Guayaquil.

Key responsibilities

• Design and manage large‑scale recruitment campaigns for multiple positions, publishing vacancies and conducting competency‑based interviews.
• Ensure the selection process follows company, national regulations and the Workday platform.
• Handle background checks, psychometric assessments and pre‑employment medical exams.
• Maintain and safeguard employee file information and monitor contract validity and addendums.
• Coordinate the annual mandatory training plan (food handling, BPM, HACCP, ramp safety, etc.) and keep certifications up to date.
• Administer the individual training matrix, manage training documentation and support performance‑evaluation cycles.
• Update job descriptions, manage data reviews in Workday and drive corporate recognition initiatives.

Required profile

• Experience in recruitment, selection and HR training processes.
• Strong knowledge of local labor regulations and ability to work in a diverse, multicultural environment.
• Familiarity with performance management and employee development programs.
