About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer‑focused Sales Representative to join our team in Guayaquil. You will understand client needs, exceed expectations, and help us achieve our sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Meet the assigned sales budget through effective client advising and loyalty building.
• Provide efficient customer service and ensure client retention.
• Generate new leads through door‑to‑door visits, street canvassing, and flyer distribution.
• Follow up promptly with prospective clients to close sales.
• Update price lists according to commercial department instructions.
• Place advertising material as directed by the commercial area.
• Adhere to company procedures and contribute to improvement initiatives.
• Complete tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor and attend mandatory trainings or events.

Required profile

• 0–1 years of experience in a similar sales role.
• High school diploma (Bachiller).
• Intermediate proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
