About the role

The Tourism Operations Executive will join TRUST ECOADVENTURE in Quito, driving sales and creating unforgettable travel experiences for both national and international clients. This full‑time position blends customer advisory, itinerary design, and operational management within a fast‑growing eco‑tourism company.

Key responsibilities

• Advise and sell national and international tourism packages.
• Quote, reserve, and issue airline tickets using AMADEUS, GDS, and NDC platforms.
• Design personalized itineraries, including all‑inclusive services.
• Manage hotel, cruise, transfer, travel insurance, and other tourism reservations.
• Provide visa requirement guidance based on migration laws.
• Advise on study, work, and exchange programs in North America and Europe.
• Maintain effective communication with national and international suppliers.
• Resolve operational incidents promptly to ensure excellent client experience.
• Achieve commercial targets and strengthen client loyalty.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience in travel agencies or tour operators.
• University degree in Tourism, Administration, Hospitality, or related fields.
• Proven sales and tourism operations experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and solve problems efficiently.
• Intermediate or advanced English proficiency.
