About the role
We are looking for a Commercial Executive to join Innovaserv in Quito. The role focuses on acquiring new clients, managing business opportunities, presenting services and driving deals to closure.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and attract prospective customers in the target market.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of sales opportunities.
- Present Innovaserv’s service portfolio and tailor proposals to client needs.
- Negotiate terms and follow up until the contract is signed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
Required profile
- Technical or professional education (minimum technical/professional level).
- At least 2 years of proven sales experience.
- Age between 35 and 45 years.
- Valid driver’s license for cars.
- Positive, proactive attitude with a strong focus on meeting targets.
Required skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
