About the role

The Junior Business Executive will advise clients on their financial needs, deliver high‑quality service, and generate new business opportunities to strengthen and retain commercial relationships. You will work towards both individual and team targets set by the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Consistently achieve assigned budgets across all banking products.
• Maintain the bank’s quality standards for service delivery.
• Advise clients and develop action plans to grow the portfolio of BM products while deepening client loyalty.
• Conduct commercial activities through client visits, office meetings, or phone calls, and gather supporting documentation for any unusual transactions in line with KYC policies.

Required profile

• Third‑year student in Marketing, Accounting, Banking & Finance, Administration, Economics or related fields.
• 1‑2 years of experience in financial institutions such as banks, cooperatives, or mutual societies.
• Previous roles as Junior Credit Officer or Junior Commercial Advisor with multi‑product portfolio management.
• Strong knowledge of sales techniques, customer service, credit management, and negotiation.
