About the role

We are looking for a Freelance Commercial Executive to join our insurance brokerage in Quito. The role is onsite and focuses on generating new business, managing client relationships, and driving revenue through the sale of personal and general insurance products.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new potential clients.
• Promote and sell personal and general insurance policies.
• Develop and maintain a portfolio of existing customers.
• Provide personalized advice and support throughout the sales process.
• Achieve the commercial targets set by the company.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience in consultative or cold‑call sales.
• Preferably experience in insurance, brokerage, or related sectors.
• Strong communication skills, result‑oriented attitude, and a wide professional network.
• Minimum education: high school diploma.
• Age 23 or older.
