Ejecutivo Comercial – Construcción Industrial

About the role

We are looking for a Commercial Executive to drive business development in the industrial construction sector. The role focuses on prospecting new corporate clients, presenting our portfolio of construction solutions, and closing sales while meeting defined targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new corporate customers.
• Generate business opportunities and schedule commercial visits.
• Present the company’s construction services and solutions portfolio.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations.
• Negotiate terms and close sales agreements.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date client database.
• Achieve established commercial targets.

Required profile

• Experience in field or consultative sales, preferably in telecom or similar B2B environments.
• Recent graduates or final‑year students in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• Strong verbal communication and negotiation abilities.
• Goal‑oriented, proactive, and able to build relationships with clients.
• Full‑time availability and verifiable work references.
