About the role
The school is seeking a bilingual early childhood educator to join its team in Quito. The successful candidate will work with young learners, delivering instruction in both Spanish and English at a minimum B2 level.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement active, innovative teaching methodologies for early childhood education.
- Foster creativity and leadership within the classroom to support children’s development.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues, contributing to a strong institutional commitment and teamwork.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
- Minimum two years of experience teaching in an early childhood setting.
- Proficiency in English at level B2 or higher (mandatory).
- Demonstrated creativity, leadership, and a passion for teaching.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and uphold institutional values.
Required skills
- Active learning methodologies.
- Bilingual communication (Spanish/English).
