About the role

The Bank is looking for a Product Owner to lead AI‑driven purchasing stream initiatives. You will define the vision and strategy for prioritized projects, ensure their implementation, and drive continuous improvement in coordination with multiple bank areas and committees.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, design teams, Scrum Masters and AI agents to develop, design, build and launch new products or processes.
• Prioritize team effort according to sprint goals and project objectives.
• Communicate the product vision to development and AI teams, ensuring strategic alignment.
• Propose and lead adjustments to product, process or operating model strategies when needed.
• Manage work calendars, coordinate agendas and lead daily check‑ins and check‑outs.
• Coordinate implementation with various bank areas to guarantee successful deployment.
• Monitor OKR compliance and recommend corrective actions.
• Present change requests to relevant committees to meet defined objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commercial Engineering, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Systems or related fields; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in leadership roles overseeing product, process, AI or data‑science projects.
• Strong track record in team management and supplier relationship handling.
• Experience in project implementation, commercial strategy planning and execution.
• Familiarity with financial products, budgeting and KPI management.
