Dispatch Coordinator

About the role

Join GCG, a leading provider of airline and airport catering solutions across the Caribbean and Latin America. As a Dispatch Coordinator you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling product and service requests, routing calls, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal departments.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls on the switchboard or mobile in a courteous and professional manner.
• Record and forward messages promptly to the appropriate collaborators.
• Maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers.
• Verify that all client orders and requests are accurately captured, whether received electronically or by phone.
• Distribute client information to the relevant internal teams (commercial, production, gastronomy, finance) within established timelines.
• Coordinate with operations, production, and commercial teams to plan activities that ensure customer satisfaction.
